I love Gilmore girls. To say it is my favorite show would be a gross understatement. Every fall, for the past five years, I’ve watched the series. I’ve finished it start to finish only twice, but I’ve seen every episode at least 7 times.

I can recite a lot of the scenes by heart, and I certainly relate to a lot of it as well. I don’t really think that I am a Lorelai, but I do feel like a Lorelai when she says “I smell snow.”

And if you’ve ever seen the series- or even just the first season- you know what I’m talking about.

But it’s true! I love snow to the point where I can feel the first snow in my bones before the first flake ever hits the ground. I love winter and the cold air it brings and the warm fuzzy coats and the barren earth. And so when I was asked to jump in on a styled shoot in the dead of winter in Ohio, I was like…. sure.
